Tatiana M. ArregladoDNP, MSN, RN




Board Member

Tatiana’s experience in the field of Healthcare Informatics spans over ten years. She is a registered nurse and a software engineer by training with a focus on EHR implementation, optimization, quality, population health, and data analytics. Tatiana has worked in various major academic hospitals and digital healthcare startup companies in New York City and California. She has also worked as a Senior Consultant for EHR implementation for healthcare organizations.

Tatiana received her nursing degree at Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing (ADN – Aetna Award from the National Coalition of Ethnic Minority Nurses and the H. Patricia Neuhs and Thomas Corr Endowed Scholarship Award) and at Pace University (BSN – Outstanding Achievement and Professional Potential in Nursing). She received her Masters degree in Nursing Informatics at Pace University (Outstanding Student of the Year Award) and a Doctoral Degree in Nursing Practice at Case Western University, with a focus on Healthcare Informatics. Tatiana co-authored several chapters in a Project Management book for Nursing Informatics and published research studies on Resilience.

Aside from serving as a board member for KC, Tatiana is a local volunteer at the Medical Reserve Corps, American Red Cross, DOROT, and the Bowery Mission. She has also volunteered for medical missions in the Philippines and Kodaikanal in India. In between work and research, Tatiana can be seen running on a dirt trail or swimming in open water. She has completed a Tough Mudder, Triathlon, and several full marathons – and is perpetually training for races throughout the year with the goal of completing the Major Six Marathons.
